MAINE GUIDES
Bradford Camps has available experienced Maine fishing guides and Maine hunting guides for hire to enhance your vacation in the North Maine Woods. Not only are these Maine guides registered through a strict testing program, they also must pass muster with our own requirements. Our guides have years of experience in the woods and waters of northern Maine and are considered the 'experts' in the area. They will be able to bring you to more fish and game than you would find on your own. Possibly as important is the close friendship created after a few days out with your guide.
Included with Maine fishing guides and Maine hunting guides are boat and motor, 4x4 transport to accessible ponds, rivers, and the woods, and fishing gear if you are lacking. Up to date fly fishing gear can also be rented from the camps. Stands are provided by the guide for all hunts when needed.
Our BRADFORD CAMPS PRO GUIDES are the best guides available for our woods and waters around camp. Being a Pro Fishing Guide or Pro Hunting Guide is a recognition that a guide has been working with us for many years and has shown Maine Guide dedication beyond ordinary; this dedication commands a higher wage ($50 more per day) and you will find it worth it. To become a Bradford Camps Pro Guide they must achieve this criteria:
*PRO FISHING GUIDE: Have been rehired at least once by ten fishing parties at the Bradford Camps, a solid demonstration of your approval.
*PRO HUNTING GUIDE: Have been rehired at least once by ten Hunting parties at the Bradford Camps, a solid demonstration of your approval.
Maine Bear Hunts: Guide fees are included with the services of a Maine bear guide.
Maine Moose hunt: This guided Maine hunt is all inclusive as well.
Maine Grouse Hunting: Guide is in addition to your meals and lodging, if desired.
Maine Deer Hunts: Same as grouse hunts.
